A Subaru driven by a young twenty year old, drove straight into a crowd of people that were standing in front of the bar around closing time. Five people were severely injured in the collision and taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Witnesses claim that the car was driving fast enough to cause the victims to fly up over the vehicle and many of the victims were still on the ground when the paramedics arrived on scene. Police are still investigating the accident but alcohol is suspected to have played a part. The driver of the vehicle has been arrested and charged with vehicular assault.
