En esta ocasi\u00f3n, explicaremos los procesos que pueden esperar al enfrentarse a una demanda por lesiones personales y ofreceremos algunos consejos para cada paso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Todo comienza con un accidente. En este caso, la persona que sufre las lesiones (en adelante, el demandante) intercambia informaci\u00f3n de contacto y de seguro con la otra parte, que ser\u00e1 la defensa. Es el momento de empezar a tomar fotograf\u00edas y v\u00eddeos de las lesiones y de los da\u00f1os materiales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cuando las compa\u00f1\u00edas de seguros reciben informaci\u00f3n sobre el accidente, intentan obtener declaraciones de ambas partes. Este es un buen momento para buscar asistencia legal. Durante todo este proceso, la v\u00edctima debe seguir el tratamiento m\u00e9dico exactamente como se le prescribe.
