Video: Will there be attorney’s fees if I lose my case?

A common concern for people who have never hired a personal injury attorney before is if their attorney will charge fees if they lose their case.

If you’ve hired a lawyer, you’re obviously worried about whether or not you would owe an attorney if they’re unsuccessful in your case. You’ve been in an accident, you have to go to the doctor, there’s all these medical bills. The last thing you want is to owe a lawyer money on top of that.

The answer is, no. There will be no attorney’s fee if we don’t win your case. We operate under what’s called a contingency fee agreement. That means that we only get paid if we win your case for you, and we get paid based on how much we recover for you. We get a percentage of whatever it is we recover for your case. If we don’t win your case, there’s absolutely zero attorney fee. That is the Premier Law Group guarantee, that there is zero attorney fee if we don’t win your case.
