After graduating cum laude from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Patrick J. Kang worked as a case manager for a personal injury law firm. It was there that he realized that he wanted to become a lawyer so that he too could help others in their time of need. Patrick attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2000. Patrick joined Premier Law Group as a partner in 2004 and has since helped numerous individuals in their discrimination and/or retaliation claims against their employers as well as claims of non-payment of wages. Patrick has also represented hundreds of individuals who have suffered serious physical injuries as a result of the negligence of others.
Patrick J. Kang is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly Washington State Trial Lawyers Association). He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of Western and Eastern Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was recently named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Washington State by the National Trial Lawyers, which is an award given to those attorneys who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results and leadership in their respective state. He has also been named a “Rising Star” by Washington Super Lawyers Magazine – an award given out to the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 in the state; has an AV rating (the highest rating possible) on Martindale Hubbell; and a 10 rating (out of 10) on the Avvo.com website.
When Patrick is not working, he is busy spending time with his wife and beautiful children. Patrick is also an avid golfer and soccer player.
