After graduating cum laude from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Patrick worked as a case manager for a personal injury law firm. It was there that he realized that he wanted to become a lawyer so that he too could help others in their time of need. Patrick attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2000. Patrick joined Premier Law Group as a partner in 2004 and has since helped numerous individuals in their discrimination and/or retaliation claims against their employers as well as claims of non-payment of wages. Patrick has also represented hundreds of individuals who have suffered serious physical injuries as a result of the negligence of others.
Patrick is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly Washington State Trial Lawyers Association). He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of Western and Eastern Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
