How Premier Law Group Gives Back
As personal injury attorneys, we know the world can sometimes be a tough place. As a successful small business, Premier Law Group believes in supporting its local community. We do this through our Premier Law Gives Back programs, participation, and simply giving. We want to help make our community a safer, better, and more enjoyable place to live for everyone.
It’s not just what you do, it’s how you do it. At Premier Law Group, what we do is practice the law. We fight corporate insurance companies on behalf of those who were seriously injured by the negligence of others. We do this with honesty, generosity, and integrity—the same values we’d like to see fostered.
Teens Against Distracted Driving
Founded by Premier Law Group attorney and author Jason Epstein. Moved by the tragic auto fatalities caused by distracted driving, Jason set out to educate children, at the age or close to the age of their first time behind the wheel of a car-about the dangers of texting while driving. TADD has reached thousands of children and their families across the nation, has appeared on television and radio talk shows, and last year TADD went on the road to Washington D.C. to judge at the 2014 International Women’s Hackathon, a competition sponsored by Microsoft to discover innovative new technological solutions to the problem of distracted driving.
In addition to speaking publicly about the dangers of distracted driving, Jason and his colleagues at TADD have given out thousands of reminder bracelets and collected pledge cards from children and their parents who are willing to take the challenge to not text and drive.
At Premier Law Group, we are proud to be part of the effort of making our roads safer for everyone, and we want to do everything we can to raise awareness about the dangers of texting while driving. Let us know if you’d like to get involved!

Backpack Meal Programs
Premier Law Group Gives Back to local children struggling with hunger. Because when Jason learned there were homeless children at his son’s school who would oftentimes go without food, he created the Backpack Meals Program. Since October of 2016, this program has provided students with a healthy meal and snacks on a weekly basis.
“Maplewood Heights students are so grateful to receive weekend food in the Backpack program started this year by Premier Law Group. Staff have noticed children picking up their blue backpack with delight and anticipation. One student reported sharing his goodies with his brother. Another worried student asked, “We don’t come to school this Friday. Will I still get a backpack?” Thank you for providing much needed weekend nutrition for Maplewood kids, Premier Law Group!“

Teacher of the Month
The Teacher of the Month Program was started as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our community. We know how hard teachers work and the incredible impact a teacher can have on the lives of their students. We also know that budgets are tight and teachers are often paying out-of-pocket for supplies and necessities. This program provides a few deserving teachers with a small contribution to their classrooms. In addition, it also serves to highlight the outstanding work they’re doing in our schools.
